Meeting Schedule

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, section NJSA 10:4-8, the North Bergen Municipal Utilities Authority is required to adopt, post, and publish its schedule of meetings for the year; and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE NORTH BERGEN MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY that the regular meetings of the North Bergen Utilities Authority for the year of 2012 shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

• Wednesday, January 11, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, February 8, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, March 14, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, April 11, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, May 9, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, June 13, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, July 11, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, August 8, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, September 12, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, October 10, 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, November 14 2012 4:00 P.M.
• Wednesday, December 12, 2012 4:00 P.M.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Authority is hereby authorized and directed to post and maintain this schedule throughout the entire year of 2012 on a public bulletin board in a place of prominence in the Municipal Building, and at the Authority offices; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said meetings shall be held at the North Bergen MUA offices, located at 6200 Tonnelle Avenue, North Bergen, N.J.; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Authority is hereby authorized and directed to mail a copy of this resolution to all such persons who have properly filed a request with her for notices of said regular meeting.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Authority is hereby authorized and directed to send a certified copy of this Resolution to the following;

1. Clerk, Township of North Bergen

2. Clerk, Town of Guttenberg

3. The Jersey Journal

4. The Record
